Our concept

Authentic taste and atmosphere of Japan.

Fermented seasonings are an essential and important part of Japanese food.
We use fermented seasonings such as soy sauce, miso and sake imported directly from Japan (Ishikawa Prefecture), and serve dishes that go well with sake.

Sake is carefully selected by visiting sake breweries in Ishikawa and other Hokuriku prefectures in person, and many seasonal sake recommendations are available in addition to the regular menu.

Our tableware and drinking vessels are also traditional Japanese crafts for your visual enjoyment.

We hope you enjoy quality Japan in a casual atmosphere.
